It would have been great to view more working examples of Storyline projects and then unpick how they were put together - this would require a longer course than 2 days though.

My only comment would be that we did not get the joining instructions and meeting invitation until the day before the course which I understood why when I rang to ask if we were getting them but if I hadn't put it in my diary it could of been forgotten about quite easily. Not sure if there is a way you can send a placeholder invite confirming place booked and you will receive links and instructions a day before the course as you can just update that initial invite.

Alan is a fantastic trainer - extremely knowledgeable and willing to help, also when I had my own problems that needed solving. I was the only online participant in a hybrid setup and I felt very included and not forgotten about at all. Alan always checked to make sure I was doing okay and got me to share my screen to check progress and troubleshoot any issues. The pace of the training was spot on! Not too slow and boring and not too fast either. Whenever I did miss something, it was always okay to ask for something to be repeated and Alan was happy to do that. Overall, a great experience.
