I found the course very informative and it's good to have that support after the course for any issues or questions you have and Simon is very approachable you don't feel stupid asking questions which is great in these environments."

"It would have been good to have an icebreaker at the beginning, so that the delegates were all introduced to each other. The instructor could also have gone around the room and asked people what they wanted out of the course, so that the course was more specified to the individual needs of the group."
