Adobe Acrobat Pro DC provides the perfect platform for sharing, presenting and controlling access to information with others. With Acrobat Professional DC you can create fully interactive PDFs that contain not only perfectly formatted text and images, but also contain multimedia resources like sound, movies, Flash files and the new 3D interactive elements that are great not only for creating visually stunning PDFs but also for technical drawing professionals who need to create interactive diagrams. Add to this the ability to use Acrobat as a presentation tool and you can create feature rich presentations that look great across platforms and can be securely distributed and viewed by all users for free.
In this course we will give your the skills with the best ways to work with Acrobat DC to improve the way you create, combine, share and distribute Adobe PDF documents.
Course Target Audience and delegate prerequisites:
This course is intended for legal professionals who want to get the most out of Acrobat for creating, editing and distributing PDFs.
You will need basic PC or Mac skills, including a solid understanding of a computer's operating system (Windows or Mac OS). You will also need to know how to launch a program, create and save files, and copy files from CDs and other media. Finally, you will need basic experience in using common office applications such as spreadsheets, word processors, and web browsers. -

- Differences between Adobe Acrobat DC Pro, Standard, Reader and Mobile Apps
- Navigating the interface
- Working with tools, customising tools and tools panes
- Navigation panes pages, bookmarks, attachments etc
- Customising preferences
- View modes eg Full Screen mode, Read mode,Presentation mode, grids and guides
- Quick look at the different options for creating PDFs
- Creating PDFs from Microsoft Office apps using the built in Acrobat ribbon and Microsoft PDF preferences and presets
- Editing text and images in a PDF pros, cons, understanding limitations
- Adding headers, footers, page numbering and options, watermarks and hyperlinks
- Search and Replace
- Examining document properties and metadata (document info) and setting open PDF document options

As a bespoke course the date arrangement is based around your requirements and availability in our schedule. With your guide of when you are looking for the training we will advise suitable date options ahead of finalising the planned date(s).
Can the content be tailored to my requirements?
Yes we are flexible about tailoring content and can adapt to be fully based on your requirements, a mixture of content from different levels of our base courses or a base outline with some additional focus areas.
Can this course be delivered live online?
Yes we can provide the same bespoke course as a live online session connecting to you or your group with either Zoom or Microsoft Teams if preferred.
What is the cost to deliver the course onsite?
We are equally able to deliver our bespoke training onsite at your premises and the cost to deliver this is the same structure as classroom with the addition of basic expenses depending on your location. Onsite courses in and around London, Manchester and Glasgow are usually without additional costs.
Can the course include my work samples?
It is often possible to review and include consideration towards sample files however the main course content is usually structured around prepared examples which are best suited to the planned content and structure of teaching the required skills in the best format.
