Usha was great, very helpful and clearly very knowledgeable. I attended both the intermediate and advanced courses on consecutive days. I found that there was a lot of repetition across the two courses and that the expert course could have gone to a higher level.

Overall Excellent course experience. Mike tailored the session specifcally to the Groups needs as he went around the whole Group to start with to get an indication of everyone's level with excel and it was agreed we needed a refresh/reminder on some basic/intemediate functions. Everything was fully explained and the pace of the session was good as it allowed people to make notes and screenshots if needed to refer back to outside of the session. Consistantly checking in with the Group was reasurring. Overall think Mike is a brill teacher with a really good attitide and teaching style. Thank you

Had just had a new computer and downloaded 365 so had difficulties a first but once I was set up right it was fine. We had a lot to get through as everyone was after slightly different training = I need to practice

I cannot fault Anthony. He is a very good trainer. He explained things and was patient if we did not grasp it first time. My experience with where I trained however was not good. Both myself and Cathy had road work(drilling) outside. we explained this to Anthony and he had to stop a few times and repeat.
