What a fantastic course! Simon was incredibly knowledgeable and broke down complex techniques into easily digestible steps he was also very patient in addressing all our questions. Phil was so enthusiastic and helpful to the gorup, we went through it together and we were able to ask questions, go back to parts to clarify. Good structure of the day with breaks and nice informal setting. Only criticism was the content was quite basic but this is due to the branding restrictions.

Allen has brough this training to life, over the two days he has taken the time to run through not only the mechanics but also the why - when things go wrong he uses it as an opportunity to show us how we can learn from it and recover. Throughout he has adapted to how we best learn - and provided us with confidence to ask questions. I am excited to apply what I have learnt. I dont think i have ever enjoyed a training course as much as this one.
